Road to Success with Self-Help Skills

Wow it has been a month since I wrote the last post!

Life has been difficult, but it is so for everyone that sees only the negative side of it. To be honest, I was one of them for the past few weeks. I would have spiraled down to the deepest end of the pit if I let it. But I am built different and am now on my way back up.

Things aren’t looking up for me yet. But I decided to start with my attitude to help the process.

Since I have read so many self-help books and learned (*not mastered completely) self-motivating techniques, I am going to apply some of them for the next 30 days or so to see if they work!

Techniques

  1. Read a motivational book 15-30 minutes a day
  2. Eat healthy (fat and protein) – keep sugar craving from stress at bay
  3. Write a gratitude journal – list minimum 3 things for which I was grateful for the day
  4. Practice Law of Attraction – pay more attention to the positive things around me throughout the day to keep my energy high
  5. Do mental affirmations throughout the day
  6. Do Law of Assumption before sleep – continue imagining the dream life I want
  7. Come back to my blog to post the progress
